The custom jewellery design begins the moment you step through the doors of our Woodbridge store. Our three-step process begins with you sitting down with one of our creative professionals, who will have a one-on-one consultation about your idea. Our experience can help identify the qualities you want and dispense with the qualities you don’t. Our custom jewellery design team will customize sketches that reflect your wishes and provide you with an estimate.
Next, the team will create a 3D design of your jewellery using the latest CAD software to render your dream piece. This is perhaps the most intriguing part of the process—CAD software is able to show you every facet of your jewellery and allows for changes at the touch of a key. Once the CAD design is complete, we will print a version of your design in wax. This wax casting is an added form of insurance to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with what’s been produced. You can examine your custom creation in person, even trying it on before you make your purchase!
Upon your approval, the wax model will be used to create your final piece. It can be cast in the precious metal of your choice and include the jewels you’d like to see worked into the final product, ranging from diamonds to sapphires and beyond.
